Please see below for the recall notice
that is being posted in retail stores that last year sold
the Poulan Pro MODEL PP265E27 Snowblower with the 265cc
Loncin
engine.

Husqvarna Service Bulletin with Replacement Instructions
DESCRIPTION OF FAILURE: There have been
some reports of Fuel Leakage from the mouth
of the carburetor on the above model that was sold at Home Depots and other
retail chains
and at OPE dealers. The failure has been traced to a sticking fuel inlet needle
in the carburetor.
CORRECTION: If one of these units come
into your shop for service, even if it does not have
a carburetor
problem, please check the float bowl securing and drain bolts for blue paint
markers

the letters RW (reworked) marked on the Model # tag beside the serial #
denoting that it has had a new carburetor installed
If there is no evidence of these dye marks or the "RW" on the serial # tag, please replace the #429952
carburetor assembly.
