RE: DISCONTINUATION OF SERVICEBENCH
To All Poulan/Poulan Pro/ Weed Eater
Warranty/Service
Centers
Husqvarna has decided to discontinue the
use of Service Bench for the inputting of warranty
claims. All authorized service centers will move to
Husqvarna’s own in house warranty system called “Web
Warranty”.
Some selected service centers have been
using Web Warranty since last fall and this is the same
warranty program used by the independent Husqvarna
professional sales and service centers
By all accounts from those who use Web
Warranty, it’s simpler, more consistent, and payments
are returned to you faster than Service Bench.
All consumer brands authorized service
centers (Poulan, Poulan Pro, Weedeater) will be provided
their new login credentials for Web Warranty in the form
of a mailed letter (image of envelope below) and an
email.

As this is Husqvarna’s own system you
will now be able to access help directly from
Husqvarna’s warranty team at 1-800-448-7543 option 2.
If you do not receive your letter with
your log on credentials by March 1/17 and you have
warranty to input, please call the phone # above to get
your information.
As there our
always hiccups with any new program, if there is any
issues what so ever, please let me know and we will try
and get you going as soon as possible.
